Charles Kalisa is the co-founder and Managing Director of Miles Human Resource Agency, a leading human resource agency based in Abu Dhabi. With a background in talent acquisition and over five years of experience in the HR industry. Charles has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing businesses when it comes to managing their human resources.

Something Big
Before co-founding Miles Human Resource Agency, Charles worked as a human resource assistant at BlueStar Recruitment company, where he gained valuable experience in people and talent acquisition and development. In 2021, Charles decided to use their skills and passion for HR to start their own business, and Miles Human Resource Agency was born.
